Features of Bacterial diarrhea
  • Tenismus present
  • Spiking fever
  • Abdominal pain
  • Large volume of stools
  • Usually occur long duration
  • Toxic features present event after the correction of dehydration


Features of Viral diarrhea
  • No features of tenismus
  • Mild fever
  • No or Mild abdominal pain
  • Mild volume
  • Usually occur long duration
  • Toxic features disappear after the correction of dehydration
